And the next satellite has been heard; ZACUBE-1 gave perfect signs of life right over its commanding ground station in South Africa. Always good to get the call home 🙂
The team from Wuerzburg has also heard from their satellite UWE-3. Several beacon signals have been received. Congratulations
Passing over Delft just a short while ago, ‘our own baby’ TRITON-1 sent back its first messages home, acknowledging that it’s fully alive and likes the new environment 🙂
Already shortly after launch, FUNcube-1 was heard by the ground station in South Africa. Following a shallow pass by California, Dove-3 has been heard well by its developers at Planet Labs as well. Waiting for the rest of them.
Congratulations to all who now have their spacecraft in space!

And with quite cool and stable weather forecasted for tomorrow, all is now ‘go’ for launch. We checked our communication lines with Delft …
