On a relatively quiet Thursday for ISL, many things are happening in the general launch campaign. Yesterday, the transport flight from Ulyanovsk carrying a couple of the larger payload on board the Dnepr was postponed to today because of the cold and snowy weather. Mainly, the ground transport by truck from Orsk to Yasny was considered to be risky. Today the Yasny landscape is covered in snow, with a beautiful blue sky on top.
Inside the AITB the Space Head Module was moved from our cleanroom to the main loading port, where it has been painted with the mission lettering. The current satellite being worked on is NEE-02 KRYSAOR, and the battery charging has been finished today, ahead of schedule.
