Friday “Special lunch” in India

Keeping up with an ‘ISIS-Delft’ tradition, the flight integration team enjoyed “Special lunch” this Friday. Due to their location, it is however not a typically Dutch ‘kroket’ or ‘snert’, but of course an Indian meal.

Though, actually, every day of the week the local cook prepares a nice breakfast in the morning, a tasteful lunch in the early afternoon and a ditto diner in the evening. The meals consists mostly of Indian type items such as spicy meat, appalam, chapati and sweet dessert, but also includes ‘continental’ items such as omelet and sometimes potato (French fries).
